Privacy Policy

AS7 Motorsports (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Submit a contact, quote, enrollment, or service request form
• Book an appointment, consultation, or class where offered
• Communicate with us via text message or phone

We also automatically collect:

• Device and browser information (via cookies and analytics)
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited and interaction data
• The page you arrived on, the site that sent you, and the campaign tags in the link you followed, such as which ad you clicked

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide requested information
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, classes, or services where offered
• Send service-related text messages and notifications
• Send marketing or review request text messages only when you explicitly opt in
• Improve our website, programs, and services
• Comply with legal obligations

Apart from the advertising measurement described below, we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Advertising disclosures may count as sharing or sale under applicable state law. Use Your privacy choices to control that measurement.

Text Message Communications

AS7 Motorsports uses text messaging to communicate with customers. By interacting with our business, including calling our phone number or submitting your phone number through our website, you consent to receive text messages as described below.

Missed-Call Text-Back

If you call AS7 Motorsports and your call is not answered, you will receive a single automated text message acknowledging your call and letting you know we will follow up. This is a one-time transactional message sent in direct response to your call, not a subscription or recurring messaging program. By calling our phone number, you authorize AS7 Motorsports to send this automated reply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is one automated missed-call reply per unanswered call. Message and data rates may apply.

Service & Appointment Messages

When you provide your phone number through our website, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, consultation, class, or service.

Marketing & Review Request Messages

If you separately check the marketing SMS opt-in box on a form or otherwise provide express consent, you may receive marketing and review request text messages from AS7 Motorsports, such as review requests after completed services, discount codes, seasonal offers, or follow-up promotions. Marketing and review request messages are optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

All SMS Programs

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions; missed-call text-back is one automated reply per unanswered call, and marketing or review request text frequency varies based on your opt-in and interactions
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all text messages
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact afsnwi.info@gmail.com
• Opt-out confirmation will be sent; no further messages after opting out
• Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out

SMS opt-in records and phone numbers collected solely for messaging are used only for the stated messaging purposes and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Separate inquiry contact information may be used for advertising measurement as described below.

We retain text message records for the purpose of customer service and compliance. Messaging opt-out records are maintained solely to honor the messaging opt-out request.

Cookies & Analytics

Our internal visit analytics do not use analytics cookies. A randomized identifier is stored in your browser to count visits. Third-party services including Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps may set their own cookies for functionality. You can control this through your browser settings.

When you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the page you landed on, the site that sent you and the link’s campaign tags are kept in this browser tab until you close it, for no more than 24 hours, and sent with any form you submit. This lets us see which ad or link brought your request. It is not a cookie, and it is not shared across tabs or devices.

Optional Meta Advertising Measurement

Optional advertising reporting is currently off. Your privacy preference applies if it is enabled later.

With your permission, Meta Pixel uses cookies and ad identifiers to measure successfully saved quote or contact requests as Lead events. Browser-only reporting does not send inquiry contact answers for contact matching.

We ask for your permission before loading Meta Pixel or collecting advertising identifiers.

Browser-only reporting does not send the email, phone number, message or other answers from your form to Meta for contact matching.

When reporting is enabled and your privacy choice permits it, Meta receives the event and technical information such as the public page URL and browser information. This optional measurement is separate from our internal visit analytics and from service or marketing text-message consent. Form messages and arbitrary answers are not sent as advertising event properties. A Lead event records an accepted inquiry, not a confirmed booking or payment.

SMS opt-in records, messaging opt-out records and phone numbers collected solely for messaging are excluded from advertising. A phone number or email supplied separately in an inquiry may be used for contact matching only in combined browser and server reporting.

Information shared with Meta may count as sharing or sale under applicable state law. Use Your privacy choices to turn advertising measurement off. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honored and cannot be overridden by the advertising control. Declining does not prevent you from sending a request.

Your preference is saved in this browser when storage is available. Turning measurement off also requests suppression of this browser's queued server events collected with these controls. Failed requests retry while the site stays open. A request already in flight cannot be recalled, and events collected before these controls were available cannot be linked back to this browser. For Meta's handling of information it receives, see the Meta Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of text message communications

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
